Room was not clean. Was offered a new room but that also had bed sheets which had not been cleaned. Hair, blood stains, what looked like mold, and black streaks in bed is not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Customer service and attitude from staff in response to bed sheets being dirty was really appalling. Had staff in my room at 10pm trying to clean the bed because they didn't do it on check in, saying it was the sheet cleaning company's fault the bed was not clean. If you're looking for a clean, relaxing, private, stress-free hotel then look elsewhere. Manager offered me a refund for my 1 night stay because of the gong show, which was something but it doesn't make up for all the stress. Still awaiting refund and front desk staff were very unhelpful and didn't even apologize on checkout. So dissappointed. Will never stay here again.
