    Room was cleaned, but had the smell of dog since it’s a pet friendly hotel. Water pressure for the shower was very weak. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Parking was very close to the room.

    Hotel in a great location if you have a car as parking is easy and its close to the Seabus Terminal and freeway entrances. Hotel rooms are a little dated budget beds are super comfortable. Overall good value as most Downtown hotels are 300 plus a night plus 30 to 50 charge to park the car overnight.

    We stayed one night and caught our cruise ship the next morning. It was great being back in North Vancouver for the night.

    Found floors to be slanting from bedroom to bathroom, insufficient water flow from showers in morning Staff near perfect , especially breakfast staff
