I did not have breakfast while staying at this hotel but I did order room service for dinner. We ordered four meals. The food was very good, but when the food was delivered, the belhop informed us that we were supposed to have a large coffee table in our room (we had just a sofa. We didn't know we were supposed to have one. He did not offer to get us one. We had to eat our meals at the desk and on a tiny bedside table.
Pool was a very long walk, through a maze of hallways because we had to go into the best western hotel and basically walk all the way through all the hallways to get to it. Once there, it was super busy and no where to sit.

The shower.
The pull out bed was horrendous. It sunk in the middle. The jet tub (which was the entire reason for booking this particukar hotel and room) was unusable as it had black clumps that came out of the jets and into the water. The fridge was unavme to be used once the pull out bed was opened. I was hoping for a good experience at this hotel and I was thoroughly disappointed.
