    We arrived at our hotel without our case. Check in staff quickly arranged toiletries and charger for our phones. They were so friendly and helpful which made being without our case for 27 hours more bearable.

    The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed that our stay included breakfast. The breakfast offered a basic variety of options but go early if you want to avoid the rush and get a table. There is also extra seating in the meeting room past the front desk. The location is okay. 3-5 minute walk from Berri-UQAM subway station which is connect to almost all other lines which was convenient. Walking distance (15mins) to Vieux port. Also conveniently just around the corner (1 min walk) from the airport bus stop (bus 747). The area is a bit sketchy so just be aware when walking around, especially at night.

    Breakfast is good. helpful and friendly staff. good size and clean room. very close to metro. will stay again when back in Montreal.

    Wouldn't stay with kids, but it's not bad for solo travelers, I think. Breakfast ends slightly before its time, so be there early. Staff isn't too kind, don't expect hospitality.
