About this villa rental
Quinta São Jose is a beautiful villa in a peaceful area just ten minutes drive from Albufeira and the beach. The town of Ferreiras is just five minutes away and offers a supermarket, fish and meat market and various local restaurants. The villa is set in fabulous surroundings with a magnificent swimming pool, 10x5m, lawns with palm trees, sun terraces and large BBQ/bar area allowing relaxation and privacy. The quality interior comprises separate modern kitchen, spacious lounge/dining area decorated to a high standard with leather seating, satellite television, dining table and patio doors to veranda and garden/pool. Downstairs. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, patio doors to pool, double bedroom and twin bedroom with exit to garden, full bathroom and separate cloakroom toilet.
Upstairs. Open seating area, twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and veranda overlooking pool, double bedroom. Air Condition is available in all rooms and Lounge.
Housekeeping Services: Once a week theres a team to make the cleaning(included on the price)
-Clean the living areas
-Clean bathrooms
-Clean kitchen
-Clean bedrooms and make beds
Also maitenance of the garden and pool. This service is done after living hours.
Horse Riding: Just right be side of the house you can go horse riding. They are just 1 minute walk distance.
Golf: Around 20 kilometres you have same of the best golf course of the world. The nears the one only 5 kilometres distance.

Slightly dated villa. Some of the electric switches didn't work. The villa could do with updating. However the host was very good and we enjoyed the stay.

Amazing villa with lovely clean swimming pool and gardens wrapping around house. Separate bbq area. Very well equipped inside and out. Lovely host who was keen to help with any queries. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely vacation in this beautiful villa. The situation is perfect, in a peaceful rural setting away from the hassle of Albufeira, but at the same time only 10 minutes away from the old center and the beaches. The property was much bigger than we expected and completely secured. Our 5 small kids could play the whole day in a safe environment while we spent hours around the lovely pool terrace's table. The villa is very well maintained, the garden and pool at perfection and we received cleaning in the villa 2 times per week. There were some extra's we didn’t expected, like a Jacuzzi bad, a piano and a fantastic outside BB area.
We were very well received. The owners are fantastic and very helpful. They live next door, but are very discreet. Whenever we needed something, we could call them and they gave us always a solution right away. When we told them that it was our little son’s birthday, they even brought us wine and baked a birthday cake for him.
The owner is a famous Fado singer and one evening we were invited to go to his performance in a lovely restaurant in the city. It was an unforgettable evening. Thank you very much.
We’ll definitely go back to the villa next year. It was just perfect for us.
