The breakfast was wonderful. The location was very handy and suited our needs.
First off, it wasn't clear online that there was an extra charge for pets. We had chosen Super8 because it said it's per-friendly, which it is, but the charge was buried in the fine print. Other hotels made it much clearer online. Our dog is a small, quiet, hypo-allergenic non-shedder. We would much rather pay a deposit and have it reversed upon room inspection at check-out. As for the room, it was adequate, but a face-lift with new paint would really spruce it up a lot. Overall it was good, however.

Front desk clerk was lovely! The location was good, the direct access to the outdoors was important for my dog. The door locks themselves, they made me feel safe. The heating, lighting, the fridge, the microwave, the bed, the shower and the water all worked for my basic needs so there's that.
The neighbour next door kept coming outside at all hours of the night to smoke up, and the sound/vibration of him coming in and out woke me. then the smoke from his weed wafted in the direction of my heater, which filled my room with the smell of his smoke.
