    We were offered a paid upgrade upon check in for bigger room with additional beds. Food is decent for breakfast. Hot tub, steam room and sauna all in good condition

    This hotel was one of two/three hotels left in Banff during our stay so we were nervous it might not be nice. It was very expensive but again - options were limited and obviously demand was high. Turned out to be an over all great experience. The hotel was beautiful. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. We didn’t use the amenities but they looked very nice (hot tubs, sauna and steam room). Location was perfect to everything touristy Banff could offer (restaurants and shops). We would highly recommend staying here. If booking thru a site not familiar with- call to confirm booking- we used Agoda and the reservation came in as three separate reservations instead of a three night stay…the staff was very accommodating but initially it looked like we would have to checkout every morning and recheck in. This place truly was perfect for our stay- we were only two people in a premium queen room. Breakfast was included every morning and it was perfect.

    Poor WiFi. This is the only hotel which provided poorest wifi. The manager knew the problem but never fix it before peak seasons. It is unacceptable and it was super inconvenience for guests who stayed more than 2 days

    We stayed 5 nights at Banff Aspen without wifi! We couldn’t access even though we tried it at the lobby. We won’t recommend who wants to stay more than one night at this hotel . It was super inconvenient with “ useless wifi”. We have to use Elk + Ave wifi to access urgent matters. Managers knew this problem but didn’t care. How can a hotel without “WiFi “ nowadays?
