Friendly staff, very clean and a great location. Easy to find.

A leaflet about the keyless entry for gate and door would be handy in the apartment or on the inside of the door to refresh your memory on how it works. No shower seat in shower, luckily we brought our own.

La chaleur dans l'appartement ( la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas) La trop fréquente absence d'une personne à l'accueil le weekend Le fait que le personnel ne soit pas formé aux gestes de premier secours lorsqu'un résidant fait un malaise ( mon conjoint a du faire les gestes de 1 er secours à un résidant qui faisait un malaise dans son domicile ) Le fait de ne pas pouvoir laisser les grilles d'entrée ouverte aux pompiers lors d'une urgence ( ce qui empêche la présence d'un personnel assurant les gestes de 1er secours, car cette personne doit surveiller la porte d'entrée )

Logement spacieux et propre. Volets électriques, pas de bruits. Reposant. Petite piscine agréable. Les fauteuils devant l'entrée au soleil.

Literie à revoir, et lit pas assez grand, 1m40. manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine.

Très bien pour quelques jours proche de la mer.

Etablissement très bien tenu, avec un personnel accueillant et sympathique. Petite piscine, mais suffisant pour un peu d'aquagym et un un sauna efficace, peu fréquenté lors de notre passage donc très calme.

Beau balcon donnant sur une rue passante avec le bruit des voitures qui rend cet extérieur inconfortable malheureusement.

Établissement très bien situé pour découvrir Cabourg et ses environs.

L’appartement est grand, lumineux, bien équipé, sécurisé et très calme. L’accueil des animaux domestiques et le parking sont très appréciables. La mise à disposition de café, thé… est sympathique.

Matelas un peu ferme à notre goût, cafetière à détartrer.
