La chaleur dans l'appartement ( la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas) La trop fréquente absence d'une personne à l'accueil le weekend Le fait que le personnel ne soit pas formé aux gestes de premier secours lorsqu'un résidant fait un malaise ( mon conjoint a du faire les gestes de 1 er secours à un résidant qui faisait un malaise dans son domicile ) Le fait de ne pas pouvoir laisser les grilles d'entrée ouverte aux pompiers lors d'une urgence ( ce qui empêche la présence d'un personnel assurant les gestes de 1er secours, car cette personne doit surveiller la porte d'entrée )
