TOP location!

The location of this apartment is great. The first shop is right next to the apartment. The first beach is a 3-minute walk. And it is beautiful, with small pebbles. Ice cream shops are very close if you want to refresh yourself with ice cream. Everything was clean. There is an exit to the terrace from the kitchen and the bedroom. I am delighted with the host. The lady is very nice. She let us park in the yard. You have to bring your towels, but I don't think that should be a problem for anyone, you take your beach towels already, so…

Basic accommodation. No towels. Some parts in the fridge were broken (I could not put bottles on the fridge door). Mattresses could be better.

Disappointment

Location close to town center, balcony

The equipment in the apartment is worn and outdated. In all rooms, pipes up to half a meter long protrude from the floor (see picture of the "vestibule"). Towels are not included in the price of the apartment, which is quite high considering the offer. For a one-time use of two towels, you have to pay 20 HRK (cca. 3 €), because the owner has to pay for washing. 🙈 Also on arrival, the owner took the sheet from the other room so that she would not have to pay for washing it if we used it. Instead of quilts, the room has plain blankets, as in the 80s, without a cover - unhygienic, especially considering Covid. There is not a single space in the bathroom (not even a shelf under the mirror) where you can put things. They also couldn’t be put down on the sink that was hanging and things would fall down. The jars and dishes were dirty. The dirt had to be literally scratched down. 🤮 The bed in one of the rooms hangs sideways so that the head is much lower than the legs (see picture). The bed in the kitchen, which “replaces” the couch, almost blocks the passage through the door to another room. The apartment has barely enough storage space for 2 people, not for 5, as much as it is rented out. There is definitely not enough space in the apartment for 5 people. Despite the explicit request to issue an invoice (due to crossing the border during Covid) and / or the registration certificate, the owner did not want to give it to us. She excused herself that it was necessary to contact Booking.com for this, which of course is not true.

The location is very good and the hostess is the most kind woman. Really had a good time in Pakostane.

Kitchen wasn’t too good, same for the bathroom. Not an issue.

Umístění v centru města s možností parkování.

Měli jsme apartmán 8 ve vile Ante, Nefunkční vodovodní baterie v kuchyni - nešla studená voda, pach z klimatizace, časté výpadky internetu, absence ručníků, do koupelny je vidět při sprchování, před domeme je často cítit pach z kanalizace který jde až nahoru.

Duży balkon z pnącą się, kwitnącą bugenwilla,dobra lokalizacja blisko morza i starego miasta, blisko do sklepów i piekarni. Obiekt schludny i czysty. W domu było spokojnie, innych lokatorowi nie było słychać. Duży pokój przyjemny do siedzenia. W ogródku ładnie kwitnące kwiaty.

Niektóre elementy wyposażenia były kiepskiej jakości ( plastikowy stół na balkonie i cerata przypięta klamerkami), popękane kafle, z podłogi sterczały jakieś kable oklejone taśmą. Łazienka bardzo mała, wieszak na ręczniki ledwo się trzymał. Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni. Gdy przyjechaliśmy mieliśmy worek na śmieci w koszu i dwie rolki papieru toaletowego,gdy po paru dniach poprosiliśmy właścicielkę o więcej,dowiedzieliśmy się,że to był pakiet powitalny i resztę musimy sobie uzupełniać sami i że takie są standardy w apartamentach w Chorwacji. Było to dla nas duże i nieprzyjemne zaskoczenie. Nigdzie nie było wzmianki na ten temat. Kuchenka była dwupalnikowa,ale mała,tak że nie można było gotować na nich jednocześnie. Tuż pod kuchenką znajdowała lodówka,między nimi nie było żadnej izolacji(!),co powodowało,że ciepło podczas gotowania "szło" dołem na człowieka i ogrzewało również lodówkę. Poduszki w łóżku były "skulkowane", niewygodne.
