Marcela is very prompt with replies to our questions, and accommodating to our schedules, i.e. early check-in and late check-out. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. Her building manager, Ruben, is also very helpful.
There were just very minor things we would have liked, like a garbage bag, dish washing soap, etc. Because the building was a little older, the wall plugs were hard to use with our adapters but these do not change our experience or comfort we had during our stay.

Location is perfect. The atmosphere is very homey, nice and cozy. Large apartment, nice art pieces on the walls.
The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. The bathroom needs to be repaired.

Nice space, air con in living room and one bedroom, good location. Very friendly and helpful building manager who handled check in and check out.
We had to wash all the dishes and cutlery before we could use them. Beds were not made up for our arrival. Linen was provided but we had to make beds up our selves. Not what you expect, and not what you want when arriving with two children. If these two things were corrected it would receive a much higher score.
