Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko w sypialni, dobrze wyciszone okna. Pani w recepcji bardzo miła.
Obiekt jest odnowiony ale nie zadbany. Wielki pająk na suficie w sypialni, zniszczony prysznic z cieknącą wodą, kran cały w kamieniu (tak sobie to wygląda), drzwi od sypialni mają wypaczony zamek i nie zamykają się. Brak zmywarki w apartamencie.
