The property is a nice but I don't think it was as recently renovated as the description says. It could do with a good spring clean to be honest. I don't really like having to clean things before I use them after all I am on holiday and cleaning should be the last thing I think of.But it is in a lovely location with a great view of the river from the kitchen, nice to wake up too.

The location of this property is wonderful, right next to a superb pub. It is quite a drive to the nearest shop so make sure you are well stocked. The view from the decking at the side of the property is amazing, looking over the river Yare. Very special.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we neededThe grill pan in the oven needed a clean which I did.The settees is the lounge are really comfy but probably could do with updating.Nick the landlord was lovely and was on hand to help us when we needed him. All in all a wonderful holiday

We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. Nick the owner is brilliant and dealt with a shower problem promptly and was available to ask questions. Would definitely recommend

Very easy to use website. I have friends who had stayed at the property and recommended it. Wonderful location. Enclosed garden which was perfect for my dog. Accommodation a bit tired and needs attention (curtains and sofa very worn) but certainly did not detract from the pleasure of staying there. Very long way to the nearest shop so make sure provisions are taken.
