Appartamento ampio con bella terrazza attrezzata con grande tavolo e sedie, cucina nuova anche con lavastoviglie molto comoda

Il proprietario Karlos ha un lavoro che lo impegna molto e con orari non regolari, aveva bisogno che la sua macchina fosse sempre la prima per poter uscire, quindi ogni giorno dovevamo regolarsi con lui per la disposizione delle macchine. Fortunatamente non si usciva alla sera, altrimenti sarebbe diventato un problema

The apartment was nice, clean and ready for us to move in. Air conditioning is only in the corridor but, it was sufficient for the whole place. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, cooker and kitchen stuff like plates and cutlery. There are two roofed parking places and about 3 or more that are unroofed. Probably the best thing on the apartment was semi roofed terrace with a view to the sea where you also could have a grill. The place is very close to a beach, so you can go for a morning swim just fine. Little bit far away from the center of Novalja, but still pretty close enough. The area could sometimes (but not necessarily) get bit noisy in the evenings and during the day, because of the Zrće beach enjoyers. For someone it's an inconvenience, for others a reason why visit Novalja. Pick your choice. The owner was really nice and more than happy to fulfill any of our needs when necessary. Bottom line: highly recommend!

Good location (2-3min from the first beach, kiosk, bus stop and good restaurant), view of the sea from the terrace, A/C and big terrace. Host Karlos is an excellent host who speaks very good English and is always one click away to help you with any wishes.
