Ski Apartment In Flaine - Best Resort For Snow Levels

We all really enjoyed our stay here, perfect location - the kids were happy to walk back from ski school to have lunch, then we all went skiing again in the afternoon. The local shops in Forêt are useful and getting to Forum is quick in the “orange box”. The kids loved the bunk beds with the curtains and we all slept really well. Lovely view from the apartment. Nathalie was very helpful, we just had a few questions about what was included with the apartment but she answered very quickly. We hope to come back in future years

Nice flat and nice owner to communicate. Small, but cosy and near to liaison grand vans, also near to the elevator to flaine forum. Restaurants and shopping nearby.,

Host communication was excellent

The apartment is in a very good location for skiing, close to the lifts, shops, and restaurants, and communication from Nathalie was always prompt and polite.However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance during our stay. There was noticeable dust on surfaces, and the mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows did not appear particularly clean. We brought our own bed linen and used it, although we were not entirely comfortable doing so, as we only realised this late in the evening.The shower drained slowly, meaning water pooled during showers, and there was also a loose electrical socket in the bedroom that sparked when we reconnected the bedside lamp after finding it unplugged on arrival.To Nathalie’s credit, she responded quickly and professionally when we raised these issues and offered to address them, but we felt they could not all realistically be resolved during our stay, so we chose to manage as best we could.Overall, the property is well located and well equipped, but in our experience the cleaning and maintenance standards did not match the very high ratings reflected in many of the reviews.
