Beautiful location a little tricky to get to initially but with it. The accommodations were exactly as described and the grounds and pool were beautiful. Only note that a screen on one window of the bedrooms would prevent the mosquitoes in and allow some night air in. Overall excellent

The pictures on this site don’t do the house and surrounding gardens justice, just beautiful. Perfect stay for us and Anne Marie was very helpful throughout the booking process with all our enquires. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had a lovely time in this property for 2 weeks with our 3 teenage daughters. the house is well appointed and the gardens majestic. Gina the housekeeper was very helpful in explaining everything and the owner very responsive as needed.

A charming mas set in a beautiful Provençal garden

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in this lovely old mas set in the most magical garden. The house itself is tastefully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom or separate private bathroom for the top floor room. The main bedrooms are very generous in size and very comfortable, with two single rooms ( without AC) available. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. However, it is the garden which really steals the show. There are different levels , one mainly planted with fruit trees ( the figs were delicious), lemon trees and an avocado tree. Another level dominated by the wisteria walk, which we would have loved to see in full bloom, another for the boule court, great fun for a family tournament. The main garden is taken up by the pool, a barbecue area, and a seating area with a fantastic view. A word of caution if you are visiting with babies or young children, there are day biting mosquitoes in the area and we were bothered by these, but with a little planning, ( we took pram and cot nets and special baby repellent) our little one wasn't bitten at all. A minor problem we had was quickly dealt with by Gina the housekeeper and her husband, and Anne Marie, the owner is always quick to reply to any questions. We had a wonderful time exploring the surrounding area and it was lovely to return to the house, have a swim and relax completely. We can't wait to return.

Es gibt nichts, das nicht perfekt ist! Angefangen bei der Lage in dem wunderbaren Picasso-Dorf Mougins mit den herrlichen Restaurants und Ateliers. Das Haus ist für zwei Familien oder eine große Familie perfekt aufgeteilt, sehr charmant mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet und bietet, alle Annehmlichkeiten! Der Eiswürfelbereiter am Kühlschrank ist nur ein kleines Detail. Der Garten ist ein wahr gewordener Traum für alle, die Gärten so lieben, wie wir. Mehrere Ebenen, Terassen, Ecken zum Verweilen, immer neue Blickwinkel auf die herrlichen Buchsbäume, Schmucklilien, Hortensien, Pergola mit Glyzinien. Ein großer beheizter wunderschöner Pool, ein Grill, eine wunderbare Lounge mit herrlichem Blick in die Landschaft. Zahlreiche schöne Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Umgebung: die Strände der Côte d‘ Azur, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Antibes, Nizza. Eigentlich will man gar nicht wirklich das traumhafte Anwesen verlassen. Wir kommen sicher wieder hierher! Herzlichen Dank an Anne Marie!

A lot of love and effort have been put into creating this house and it’s garden by people with exquisite taste. The house is very pleasant to stay in. The pool and surrounding area is really great while the garden is truly a masterpiece. The house is perfectly located on a very quiet and undisturbed hillside but still quite near to shops and restaurants.

We (2 couples, 1 child and 1 dog) stayed 3 weeks at this wonderful place and enjoyed our time, the house, and the surrounding very much. You have a wonderful view from the terrace and the above rooms. The garden is beautiful with several levels, lovely smelling flowers, olivetrees and also a place for boule. The large pool was well temperatured (not to cold for the woman and not to warm for the men). There are various seating places in the shade. Gina, who welcomes the guests, is a very nice french lady, who knows everything about the house and the area. We definitely will come back!
