Grace Home

This is a nice guest house in the Saket area. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when back in the area. Sanjeev, the owner, greeted me on arrival. He and the staff were very pleasant throughout my stay. The high ratings drew me in and it's obvious why they have been so well-reviewed for so long. It's very close to the Metro for quick access to other parts of the city. It was easy to get Ubers to and from the property as well. The little kitchen on my floor was a nice feature, with a kettle, other cooking implements, and filtered drinking water.

The wifi was good when downstairs, but sketchy upstairs. It was sometimes a little better in the floor's common area, but almost non-existent in the room.

The owner of the property and staff are extremely polite, hospitable, available and generous. Sanjeev is an exceptional host with an international background and knows how to read the room and give proper advice for first-time travelers in India. He assisted my mother and I with a misadventure and was always ready to respond to our needs, 24/7. He also allowed us to enjoy homemade Indian food and meals from his kitchen, even beyond breakfast hours. The facility itself and its rooms have a local flair, are not so modern (and could undergo some renovation), but the safety and ease of the location (nearby a metro station and a neighborhood market), plus the authenticity and professionalism of Sanjeev and the people at Grace Home, alongside convenient fares, made our stay worthwhile! We are VERY appreciative!

The staff were so kind and helpful! I am very appreciative of their help and guidance during my stay. I loved that they would ask about my night and how I was doing. So caring!

The facility is not updated or refurbished- the room I was in had opening around the AC - allowing outside air to come in. It was not sealed properly and the AC itself did not have working buttons. There is mold build up in the rooms - which one can tell when one enters (sinus issues) - there are no air purifiers in any of the rooms- a must for Delhi residence. The pillows are worn and the beds very hard.
