About this house rental
Three-room apartment is located in the province of Trento, municipality of Fiavè and Location Stumiaga 34.
The apartment is in a typical peasant house built for over 300 years, recently restored in 2016. In front of the house there is a large lawn with a chance to play and relax on the deck. In front of the house there is also a private place for the Automobile. If you bring your sports equipment, such as bikes or other bulky items, these can be stored in the basement. The apartment is a three-room apartment with mosquito nets, central heating in southwest facing with independent entrance. The total area of the apartment is 60 m², large kitchen / living room, large table with six armchairs and a sofa. From the corridor with large wardrobe you go to a bedroom with double bed, in a room / living room with sofa bed for two people (also usable as two twin beds) and in the bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Please do not smoke in the house! Animals are not allowed!
The apartment is located 20 km north of Riva del Garda, 10 km from Lake Tenno, 6 km from Comano, 40 km west of Trento at an altitude of 600 m. In the center of Fiavé, about 1 km, there are two grocery stores, a butcher, a bank with ATM, bars and restaurants. tourist office can get free information on tours, events in the area, at the Spa treatments of Comano and piles dating back to 2300. C. The Fiavè site is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites Prehistoric Pile Dwellings around the Alps.
The high season period for 2017 is from 15 July to 26 August and from 16/12/17 to 14/01/18. The minimum rental price per person per night is 25 € and increases in high season to 32 €. The minimum occupancy is two adults, each additional person € 18, in high season € 24 per night. Children under the age of twelve pay half the price. The price d'affitto includes the regular use of kitchen, refrigerator, electricity, water, gas, heating and the rest of the infrastructure. A fixed fee per stay is the final cleaning costs 35 €.
Not included are optional services available, such as bedding, towels, rugs, towels, dish towels if not brought by guests. A set of linen costs 10 € per person or per change and consists of two sheets and towels for one person. A kitchen / bathroom set consisting of tablecloths, towels and bath mats cost per stay or change € 10. Attention please! The dishes, refrigerator and kitchenette must be cleaned at the end of the stay, otherwise you will have to pay € 25 for cleaning. Mrs. Nadia, on the spot, handing her keys to the apartment, charges a deposit of € 200. The deposit will be returned at the end of the holidays before the stay and return of the apartment in normal use.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit vielen Utensilien. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert.
WLAN ist jedoch nur über einen öffentlichen Marktplatz im Ort zu empfangen gewesen und nicht in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr nett eingerichtet. Es gibt Alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Vermieterin vor Ort ist extrem freundlich.
Die Lage ist’s auch schön, ca. 30 Minuten zum Gardasee, 15 Minuten zum Lago di Tenno und etwa 30 Minuten nach Molveno.
Wirklich zu empfehlen für Leute, die nicht mitten in den Touristenhochburgen wohnen wollen.

Appartement très bien tenu, dans une maison traditionnelle avec beaucoup de charme.
Propriétaire à l'écoute.
Attention : pour trouver l'endroit exact, demander des indications précises au propriétaire. Le nom du hameau est aussi le nom d'une rue dans le hameau d'à côté... Confusion possible.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz, besonders für zwei Personen. Aber auch zu viert wäre ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnküche besitzt alle nötigen Utensilien zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten, inklusive Mixer. Ein kleines Detail, dass manchmal zu knapp ausfällt: Diese Wohnung hat im Bad genügend Harken und Möglichkeiten, um Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Sitzplatz, Liegen können auch benutzt werden.
