Just round the corner lies the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan coast. There are also many interesting Etruscan excavations to explore. You can also visit the northern Maremma of Tuscany from here.

The house has typical Tuscan furnishings with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The kitchen is spacious and has amenities like coffee machine, cooker, and oven. Kids can use the high chair in the kitchen for a comfortable meal. A children's bed is also provided. You can relax in the veranda enjoying the surrounding greenery and sea view. 1 pet is allowed for a small fee.

Check-in timings are between 4 – 8 PM and check-out timings are between 9 – 10 AM.

A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
