This delightful barn conversion is situated on the owners' smallholding, near Pwllheli and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Holly Cottage is a character-filled barn conversion situated around a courtyard, on the owners' smallholding, five miles from Pwllheli. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite bath and a ground floor twin, as well as a ground floor wet room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove. Outside there's ample off road parking and shard use of the courtyard with furniture, gardens, woodland and a fruit and vegetable garden. Holly Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating and electric stove. Gas oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchairs and stairgates on request. Ample off road parking. Shared use of courtyard with furniture, plus use of gardens, woodland and pick your own fruit and vegetable garden (subject to seasonal availability). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 5 miles. Note: The property is accessed via a 0.5 mile unmade track. Note: There are sloped ceilings and beams in the double bedroom.
