Fantastic villas in a special complex, in a pine forest, we had a 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, a huge terrace, very special, modern, super comfortable, great sleep. Daily cleaning, everything spotless clean. Amazing views over bay and town. Well insulated, the attention to detail was amazing. Great owners, made friends. You need a car, you park on site. No washing machine (dropped laundry at drycleaners in town, 12 hr cheap service) nor stove, but other small cooking equipment. Nespresso machine ! Will definitely be back.

The location of the property is amazing, overlooking the bay and Skiathos town. The accommodation was clean and modern, the balcony a real bonus and air conditioning most welcome.

The apartment was modern and spacious with a fantastic view of Skiathos town and the port. Parking was good . The owners were very friendly and helpful and gave us free ferry tickets to Tsougria beach which I would consider one of the best beaches in Greece
I would definitely stay again if it wasn’t so expensive. Sorry Magda and Gregory
For the first two nights ( we stayed 5 nights) there was no hot water to shower . Our sheets were not changed during our stay.
There was NO breakfast as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. We were given a menu to order from at extra cost which would be delivered. There is no ‘onsite restaurant’ as mentioned somewhere.
If you don’t have a car, it could be difficult, other than getting a taxi each time you need to go into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping exploring or beaches. There is no bus servicing the area.
For the amount of money paid, I would expect some fruit/wine/nuts/ chocolates to welcome guests and drinking water supplied daily as tap water is not drinkable. Breakfast, at the very leadt, should be included at this cost.We believe the money we paid for our stay was exorbitant for what we got.
We were told it would be half the cost at a later date.
