It is clean and comfortable. The best is it is next to ChargeSini which makes it so convenient to charge my EV.

I like the firm mattress, the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the family room, the lobby, the free private parking, and it's sufficient even when the hotel is fully booked on the Merdeka weekend. I like the friendly staff at the counter, the housekeeper, and also the maintenance staff. I didnt have the time to explore other facilities. But overall, the place is clean, comfortable, and pleasant.

A few things for improvement in the family room #517. 1. The fan control is faulty. Despite housekeeping replacing the remote control, it didn't work. I couldn't turn the fan off or on after teh air conditioning reached the coolness we desire. 2. The telephone in the room is faulty. The receptionist cannot hear us properly. Housekeeping confirmed the connection is ok but the phone is faulty. replacement is needed, but no spare unit is available. 3. We have 3 occupants but only 1 key card. It creates inconvenience as I have to ask housekeeping to open the door when I return to the room, as we are sharing 1 key card. Apparently there are not enough key cards to go around when the occupancy rate is at the max. 4. The cold water flow of the tap for the sink is trickling. The hot water is fine. 5. The shampoo and shower gel bottles are not properly secured on the wall, making them wobble each time we try to dispense. 6. The pillows are too soft for our liking. The bed is firm, which is nice, but the pillows are too soft. This is our sincere feedback. I hope you can consider them for improvement. I look forward to coming back.
