EXCLUSIVE RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
For more than 20 years, we have been restoring this small Landais hamlet typical of 'airial', which brought together around 1800 several families leading an agro-pastoral way of life in total self-sufficiency.
Very attached to our Landes cultural heritage, we wanted to preserve the original architectural aspect of our houses and to a large extent keep the environmental space as it was at the time: open (without fence) and community. Far from the noise and bustle of the agglomerations, we welcome during the summer period (mid-June to mid-September) vacationers from France and abroad, to relax and discover our Landes with its sandy beaches , its lakes, its forest, its gastronomy and many other things.
Each house has a swimming pool without any opposite.
We remain attentive and available to our tenants for the duration of their stay.
We guarantee them a warm welcome, calm, relaxation and sunshine if the high pressure is willing.

Wir waren im Sommer 2021 hier 14 Tage in Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der eigene Pool vor der Tür ist wunderbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, auch von den benachbarten Häusern bekommt man nicht viel mit. Wir haben uns bestens erholt. 4 Sterne gibt es nur, weil die Küche für die Personenanzahl zu knapp ausgestattet ist und zumindest in unserer Reisedauer eine stabiles Internetverbindung über den Mobilfunkrouter nicht möglich war. Dennoch kann man das Haus nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Bergerie. La maison est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Les photos du site sont très fidèles à la réalité. L'exterieur de la maison est bien aménagé et la piscine très agréable. La maison est bien isolée des 3 autres et il n'y a aucun vis a vis avec les maisons voisines. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme et dans la verdure, et a seulement 30 mn des plages de Mimizan. Les propriétaires sont gentils et discrets. C'est une adresse à recommander sans hésitation et qui donne envie de revenir.
