Welcome to 62 Hawn Drive, your "home away from home" vacation rental for your next adventure in the mountains. The property is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath half-duplex located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Frisco. At 2770 square feet and 3 levels of living space, there is plenty of room for the whole group. The main floor consists of a nice sized living area complete with large television and gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen and dining area. The main floor also has one bedroom with Queen bed and a full bath.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, the master suite complete with King bed and en-suite bath. The upper floor also has a second bedroom with King bed and another full bath. Please note, both bedrooms on the upper level have air conditioning. The lower level contains a bedroom with 2 Twin sized beds, full bath, laundry room and family room. It's a big family room with plenty for the kids, including large wall-mounted TV, video game console, card table and Queen sized pull out sofa for additional bedding.

The property comes with an attached 2 car garage complete with EV CHARGER and large driveway on the front. There is also a nice backyard complete with deck, gas grill and private hot tub for your soaking pleasure.
