Booking The Overlook reserves the entire Flathead Lake Luxury Lodging estate. The three main residences are The Swan House (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths), The Lakeside House (studio with loft, 1 bath) and The Glacier House (loft cabin, 1.5 baths). Two treetop retreats, The Ridge and The Summit, each offer a king bed and pull-out couch with a full bath. Shared amenities across the property include a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining, putting green, game room with ping pong, fitness center with Peloton, steam shower, Sonos sound system and gourmet kitchens.
Guest Access:
When you book The Overlook you have exclusive use of the entire property, including every home and the full grounds. No other guests will be on site during your stay. Free parking is available on the premises for your group.
