The upper floor has the main bedroom with queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, and a spacious private terrace with outdoor furniture and lights.

The apartment is laid out across two floors connected by an open interior staircase with wooden steps and steel railing, giving the space a sense of openness and double height.
GROUND FLOOR
The living room is bright, with a large floor-to-ceiling window that opens to the balcony and floods the space with natural light. It has a sofa bed, coffee table, poufs, smart TV. WiFi is high-speed. The balcony is furnished with armchairs and has a view of the tree-lined street.
The kitchen is a separate room, fully equipped: gas stove with oven, fridge, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender and everything you need to cook. There is a table with chairs for breakfast or meals.
There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor.
UPPER FLOOR
Up the staircase you reach the main bedroom, which takes up the entire upper floor. The bed is queen size, with nightstands on both sides and a large closet with mirrored doors. It has its own air conditioning.
The en-suite bathroom is complete: bathtub with glass screen, rain shower, bidet and toilet. Ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city.
From the bedroom you step directly onto the private terrace, which is spacious and furnished with armchairs, plants and lights. It is a great space for having breakfast outdoors, working with your laptop or enjoying a drink in the evening.
The entire apartment has air conditioning, porcelain tile floors and plenty of natural light. Entry is with a smart lock, allowing self check-in 24 hours a day.
