About this house rental
Welcome to one of the most walkable luxury homes on Marco Island. This brand-new 4,200 sq ft waterfront home sits on a quiet canal, about a 7-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes on foot to the island's main hub of restaurants and bars, including Oyster Society, Marco Prime, The Salty Dog and many more. Very few homes this size, this nice and this close to everything exist on the island.
Step outside to your own private resort. The pool is heated to 88° year-round, with a hot tub alongside. There's an outdoor kitchen with a large grill and plenty of space to lounge, dine and watch the dolphins that often swim right up the canal. Boaters will love the brand-new dock with a boat lift and a double jet ski lift, available for guest use.
Inside, the main level is built for gathering. The open kitchen has high-end appliances, two ovens, a large wine fridge and an extra drink fridge. It flows into the living room with its 75" TV. The main level also has three bedrooms, which is ideal for guests who'd rather skip the stairs. The oversized primary suite has a king bed, a 60" TV, a full en-suite bath and a sliding door straight out to the pool. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite bath, and the third has a queen bed.
