Awesome backyard with the utmost serenity, an in-ground pool, new sauna, new outdoor designer custom shower, full gym, fire pit, grill, dining for 6, and professional basketball hoop in large driveway. 

Pool may be heated to 80 degrees for $75 per day generally excluding late November - March. If daytime high temperatures are below 70 degrees, or night time temps dip below 65, we cannot heat the pool.

This house was recently renovated and has all new furniture and comfortable memory foam beds and bamboo sheets/duvets. 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, each one located on a corner of the home for the utmost privacy (2 master bedrooms on the first floor each with a king bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs with two queens and then one queen, & two twins on a trundle bed).

Located in the MOST CENTRAL, convenient area of Mount Pleasant - 5 minutes to Sullivan’s Island, close to many of Mount Pleasant’s best restaurants, 10 minutes to Isle of Palms, 12 minutes to downtown Charleston. 

 The kitchen is great and a favorite feature to guests, equipped with several extras including a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, gas stove, toaster oven, and plenty of dishware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. Freezer makes lots of ice. There is a beverage fridge as well located under the mini bar area.

House is equipped with infant/toddler items including new portable wood crib, rocking chair, highchair, pack ‘n play, plastic dishware/utensils, a baby bath.

Please note if we host bachelor and bachelorette groups, there is no glitter or decorations allowed that are taped to the walls. 

 We cannot offer early check-ins or late check outs ahead of time. We often get last minute bookings. Please keep this in mind when booking your flights.

Rent a car or Uber and Lyft from Charleston International Airport. Uber/Lyft from Mount Pleasant to Downtown Charleston is very reasonable.



Pool may be heated for an additional fee (must be paid before arrival and cannot be heated if it is too cold outside). The heater can only be on for a few hours as it uses an extraordinary amount of propane. We cannot guarantee you will be able to heat the pool at the time of booking. It is weather dependent.

Pool maintenance guy cleans the pool every Wednesday (cleaning day may occasionally change)

 Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and toys are located in the garage. Just tug HARD the door up to open.

Garbage is picked up from the curb every Wednesday morning

Recycling is picked up every other Tuesday (please do not place boxes in recycling bin)

Weber Grill is in the garage and can be wheeled out to the backyard or driveway. Please clean afterward with grill kit tools in cabinet if you use it!

-House is equipped with a new mini wooden crib, pack and play, high chair, and an entire chest full of toys for all ages. Each bedroom has a fan as well. House comes with large smart TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of extras you won’t typically find in a short term rental home like spices, oils, more pans etc. Pool is professionally cleaned every Weds (exact day can vary). Basketball hoop in driveway along with beach toys in the garage. Beach/pool towels in the laundry area.

House is heavily pest controlled (palmetto bugs are a big thing in the Low-country, they live in palm trees). Occasionally you might see a big one in the house if it’s rained a lot as they try to get into a dry environment. There’s spray below the kitchen sink.

Please note that winters in Charleston can get fairly chilly and much of the landscaping will have to be cut back when frosts occur. The leaves fall most in the winter and pollen is in full effect from March - April.
