A secluded A-frame cabin on private four acres - 5 mins from the Windham town and ski mountain.
Wake up to river flowing and mountain views. Take your coffee down to the private pond or along the creek.
This authentic log cabin, offers an infinity hottub, Nordic sauna, firepit by the creek, private fishing pond, and stargazing hammock under the stars. Complete with indoor entertainment - movie attic, arcade, poker, karaoke, kid`s den, music, etc.
A rental agreement must be completed after booking.
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. The total number of guests must not exceed 12.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and keep doors closed to minimize noise.
Parties, disruptive noise, or disorderly conduct are not permitted.
Up to two pets are permitted with advance disclosure. Pets must weigh no more than 25 lbs each. A $100 fee applies per pet, and additional cleaning charges may apply.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the property. Evidence or odor of smoking will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Certain closets and cabinets are reserved for owner storage and maintenance supplies.
Firewood is available for reasonable use. Excessive firewood use may result in an additional fee.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pond, creek, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and fireplaces.
Please follow all posted instructions for the hot tub, sauna, fireplaces, fire pit, and outdoor amenities.
Please report damage or maintenance concerns to the host as soon as possible.
Guests who violate any policy may be required to leave immediately without a refund.
