Tucked among the pines on the quiet North Shore, the cabin backs to peaceful open space for added privacy and a serene mountain setting. Family and baby-friendly, it’s close to the lake, beaches, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and dining—perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and making Tahoe memories.
Property Highlights:
•Outdoor Living: A brand new, bubbling hot tub on the lower deck and a large wrap-around upper deck with a Weber grill, sectional seating, and an outdoor dining table.
•Main Floor: Features an open living room with an original wood-burning fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen, and a cozy family room with a sectional sofa overlooking forested conservation land.
•Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
••Main Floor Bedroom: Private room with a King Sleep Number bed.
••Upstairs Master Suite: Luxurious King Beautyrest Black mattress, exposed ceiling trusses, a small sofa, and an electric fireplace. Includes a dedicated workspace with a height-adjustable standing desk.
••Upstairs Bunk Room: Perfect for kids or groups, with a bunk bed, a twin daybed, a queen bed, and a 55” TV.
••Two fully remodeled bathrooms, one on each floor.

•Portable A/C: The home has portable floor-standing A/C units. We have one A/C unit in each upstairs bedroom, which are the warmest areas of the home. The downstairs level naturally stays cooler, and we also provide three fans in the downstairs bedroom closets for additional airflow and comfort.
•Family-friendly gear: 2 pack 'n plays, high chair, children plates, children cups & children utensils, and children's books & toys
•Snow Sleds
•Convenient washer and dryer on the main floor.
Property & Accessibility:
•The path to the home from the parking pad includes two flights of stairs and a gravel walkway, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please wear appropriate footwear.
•For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a security system and outdoor cameras at the entrances.
Parking & Vehicles:
•There is a parking pad on the property for 2 vehicles to park. Parking on the street at any time from the Late Fall to Spring when snow is on the ground is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine.
•This property does NOT allow pets and does NOT allow smoking. Any violations of either will result in a $250/day charge.
Booking & Cancellation:
•This property has a strict cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances like weather, fire, or pandemics.
•We only provide refunds if we must close the property due to unexpected issues on our end.
