Step onto the deck to enjoy the private hot tub and grill, or settle into the screened porch with your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings. This level also includes a private bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, the private primary suite offers a king bed, private bathroom, and a cozy loft with beautiful mountain views—an ideal spot to unwind with a book or simply enjoy the scenery.
The finished daylight walk-out lower level provides additional space for guests to spread out, with a comfortable den and game room, a bunk room, and a full bathroom. With its own walk-out access, this level is perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests looking for a little extra space and privacy.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
