From the moment you walk in, it feels right — bright and open, with wide plank flooring, warm wood accents, and a wood stove that gives it a comfortable, elevated "house in the woods" feel. Outside, your own private oasis awaits: a hot tub, a barrel sauna, and a gas fire pit under the trees. Kids have their own playscape with swings and a slide, and cornhole and Connect 4 are always ready to go.

Guest Access
You’ll have the entire home to yourselves, along with the back deck, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, playscape, and wooded yard. Check-in is self-serve with a keypad smart lock, and your code and arrival instructions are sent before you arrive. The driveway fits up to six cars.

House Rules
• Check-out by 10:00 AM · 6 guests maximum
• No parties or events; no unregistered or overnight guests without approval
• Minimum age 25 to book (Stillwater Civic Estates requirement)
• The HOA requires an emergency contact name and phone number at check-in
• Quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM — this is a residential neighborhood
• No smoking or vaping indoors; no fireworks or drones
• One dog welcome with advance notice, $65 per stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
Good to Know
• One exterior security camera at the front of the house, for security and to track our cleaning service. No interior cameras.
• Black bears live in the area — please don’t leave food, coolers, or trash outside.
• Firewood is stacked on the front steps and the back deck.
• Kids must be supervised at the hot tub, playscape, fire pit, and wood stove. Kids and pets aren’t allowed in the sauna.
