Guests can expect a patriotic welcome to this brand new 3BR/2BA 1901 sq ft home on Swan River minutes from down-town Bigfork and Flathead Lake. Wood floors throughout and covered porches both front and rear. Neighbors are something you will find hard to see as the home looks out to our tree-lined property including the Swan River in front.
Our waterfront rental home provides you plenty of room to relax and amenities to enjoy your time in Bigfork, MT. Hardwood flooring throughout this newer home that provides 3 BR and open kitchen/living room concept to enjoy family time. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need and the garage is equipped with a foosball table and ping pong for everyone to enjoy. We've tried to think of everything so yard games are available for use and even the little things like extra ice chests to use for that spectacular road trip to Glacier National Park that you must do!
The home sits on a very private 10 acres (along with the owner's main home) with private access to a very slow-moving section of the Swan River. The river provides ample opportunity for recreation to include fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets are available to guests. You'll love having your own private dock. The portion of the river this property sits is more like a lake. It is very slow-moving, because of the dam approximately 3 miles down river. You are sure to see deer and wild turkeys roaming the property as well as abundant wildlife on the river.
The entire house would be yours to use, with the exception of one small closet in the den/office that we use for supplies.
There is plenty of room for outdoor activities as the "backyard" is a large parcel of pasture, lined with trees around the border providing privacy.
On the front side of the home is the Swan River. Guests will have access to their own private dock to be in place early Spring 2027 and are welcome to use the supplied kayaks and paddleboards. Note: Prior to using any of the supplied amenities such as the dock, kayaks, paddleboards, etc we ask that each guest have a completed liability waiver on file.
