Villa on Brač, 80 m from the sea, with a gym, a heated pool, a boat and driver

Villa Danica is new — we finished it in 2026 — and it stands on a slope of olive trees above Splitska, a small harbour village on the north coast of Brač. The sea is 80 metres away. From the terrace you look across the channel to the mainland mountains, and after dark the lights of the coast come on in the distance.

The house sleeps ten in five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and there is a separate guest WC. Nobody ends up on a sofa bed. Every room has a Tempur mattress, air conditioning and a 65-inch television with Sennheiser Ambeo Plus sound, and most of them open towards the water.

Outside is a heated 70 m² pool, the largest of our three houses, with loungers along one side and an outdoor shower. The covered summer kitchen has a fireplace, a barbecue and a long table that seats everyone — most evenings end up there. Indoors, the living room, dining room and Miele kitchen run together in one open space that opens fully onto the terrace, with a walk-in pantry and a Jura coffee machine. There is a private gym if you want to keep training while you are here.

What comes with the house:

- Our boat, a Sea Ray 230 SPX OB, is included in the rate. She is used with a skipper, who is €100 a day plus fuel.
- Return transfer from Split airport is included. You take the passenger ferry from Split to Supetar — you pay only the ferry ticket — and our driver meets you there with a Mercedes V-Class.
- The car and driver stay available during your stay for beaches, restaurants and shopping. One to two hours' notice is enough; on longer trips you pay only the fuel.
- Breakfast, prepared by our chef, is €15 per person, ordered the evening before.
- A private chef, spa treatments in the villa and special dinners can be arranged on request.
- Bicycles, table tennis, Starlink throughout the house, EV charging and private parking for three cars.

Splitska itself is a quiet stone village with a handful of konobas and a small harbour. Supetar, with the ferry to Split, is ten minutes by car. The beaches of the north coast are close by, and Bol with Zlatni Rat is about forty minutes across the island. Brač airport is 28 km away, Split airport about 45 km.

We are a family, and these are our houses — all three carry my parents' names. I answer every message myself, usually the same day.
