Centrally-located in Downtown, yet tucked away with its own private yard, this is a gem for a couple or solo traveler. Digital nomads welcome! Mini-splits keep the place comfortable all year long. Yes, that`s refrigerated air!! And, cozy heat in the winter. The bedroom doubles as a comfortable lounge and work area. And, the kitchen is fully stocked and has a cute nook with seating for two. The south-facing outdoor area is usable most of the year.
We are fast on the messaging, but please always call for emergencies & urgent matters.

No pets.

No smoking of cigarettes anywhere on the property, including outside. Cannabis smoking okay outside only.

No parties or events of any kind.

Please be aware that we will charge extra for the following:

$200 fine for any evidence (smell, ashes, butts, stains) of smoking inside. This includes any kind of smoking.

$200 fine for tampering with any of the camera equipment, including but not limited to unplugging the indoor sync module.
$100 fine for going into the wrong unit or yard. Please read the instructions. It`s really jarring for other guests` sense of safety when someone is trying to enter their space.
