Enjoy exclusive access to the Hilton Waikoloa pool pass for 2026, plus resort recreation including tennis, pickleball, hot tubs, and a fitness center, while beach essentials like chairs, boards, and umbrellas are provided. The thoughtfully appointed interior includes washer/dryer, free WiFi, and everything you need for an unforgettable Big Island getaway complete with world-class dining, shopping, and endless ocean activities right at your doorstep.

HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone. No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. There is no garage access for guests. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed in the vacation rental or patio area. Waikoloa Colony Villas does have a designated smoking area.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
