You can walk to the slopes in 5 minutes, ski home at the end of the day, soak in the hot tub, and fall asleep to quiet golf-course views — all while sleeping 4 in a home that`s been thoughtfully updated for exactly this kind of trip.
THE CONDO
One bedroom with a queen bed and one full bathroom, arranged for couples, small families, and ski partners who want a proper home base rather than a hotel room. The remodel shows in the open living area: a fireplace for après-ski evenings, a Smart TV for movie nights, and space to actually relax. The kitchen is a real one — full-size appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and a kitchen island that doubles as prep space and breakfast spot. An in-unit washer and dryer, ski storage for your gear, and a laptop-friendly workspace round out a condo that works as well for a long weekend as it does for a full week.
POOL, HOT TUB, AND SAUNA
The complex amenities do the heavy lifting after a day on the mountain: a heated swimming pool for summer season only afternoons and warm-ups, a hot tub for the post-ski soak, and a sauna for when your legs need real convincing. In winter, step out the back door onto the groomed cross-country ski course that takes over the Park City Golf Course — the condo fronts the course, so the views are green in summer and white all winter. Enjoy brand new pickleball/tennis courts in the summer.
LOCATION — WALK EVERYWHERE
• 5-minute walk to skiing at Park City Mountain Resort, and you can ski home at the end of the day
• The free ski shuttle stop is a 2-minute walk away — resorts, Main Street, Deer Valley, and Canyons Village without touching the car
• Two grocery stores and a cluster of restaurants within an easy walk
• Historic Main Street — Park City`s dining, gallery, and nightlife heart — is walkable, or a quick shuttle ride
• One Parking space is included for guests who drive

Park City summers are the locals` favorite season. The golf course is out your door, the pool is open, pickleball / tennis courts are ready, trails and lifts serve hikers and bikers, and Main Street fills with patios and festivals. The condo has ceiling and portable fans (there`s no air conditioning), and mountain evenings cool off the way they should.
