The living area opens to an air-conditioned Florida room, a comfortable year-round spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. From there, step out to the heated pool, fully screened under a pool cage for bug-free swimming in any season. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge.

The split floor plan puts the primary suite on its own side of the home, with a king bed and private bath. Two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share the second full bath. The Florida room has a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8.
