The apartment offers views of the sea, the city, and the Ciénaga de la Virgen. It features two air-conditioned bedrooms (comfortably sleeping five people) and two bathrooms. Additionally, the living room includes a double sofa bed suitable for one or two guests. Ceiling fans are installed in the living/dining area and kitchen (please note there is no air conditioning in these specific areas). Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a private underground parking space. The unit is located on the 11th floor and includes cable TV in the master bedroom and living room, as well as Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no hot water, water heater, washing machine, dryer, or iron.
