Relax with the whole family or have a peaceful retreat in this quaint home. It is situated in a quiet little neighborhood with a private backyard, complete with a grill and seating. Everything you need to be at home, away from home. Washer and dryer, kitchen essentials for home cooked meals. Minutes from local shopping, restaurants and activities, and only 4 miles to the beautiful Clearwater beaches! The home has adult and kids beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and goggles for enjoying the beach.
The home- nestled in a quiet, friendly community. There are 2 security cameras in the front of the house.
Backyard- propane grill (utensils in kitchen), patio set for 4, plus 2 camping chairs in linen closet.
The breezeway between the house and privacy fence on the left side of the house stays shaded nearly all day and is a quiet cooler place to hang out midday. Unless you are toasting by the beautiful Clearwater beaches.
Front porch- chairs and bug spray. This is FL- there will be mosquitos!
Beach gear- 2 adult chairs, 2 kids chairs, 2 pool noodles, umbrella, goggles and cooler.
Guests will have access to the entire property. A closet and cabinet belong to owners, please respect the locks. Keyless entry takes you into a cozy vacation home. A completely equipped kitchen allows you to cook if you choose, if not, there are many restaurants near by. Grill and relax in the backyard that is surrounded by privacy fence.
This is a neighborhood and there are quiet hours set by the city. Please respect those times. 10pm-7am
You will see people walking dogs, hear an occasional train.
No parties. No pets. Smoking outside, please do not leave butts on the ground. There is an ashtray for use on the front porch.
