Our unique Architect designed 2 x bed, 2 x bathroom warehouse apartment called Studebaker, is in Brisbane's Spring Hill CBD precinct. The apartment is on 2 levels with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
We are a boutique small block positioned 2 mins from the Sofitel Hotel in Brisbane CBD offering quality accommodation (incl your own kitchen facilities + secure parking and balcony) for a fraction of the price
You will love the unique vintage characteristics of our apartment converted from the original “Brisbane Brake & Steering” garage shop. The charm of many of the Studebaker car features has been maintained.
