About this house rental
A warm, well kept single level home of about 1,348 square feet on a quiet residential street in Mid City, set above the street behind a gated front patio. Hardwood floors, central air and heat, and ceiling fans keep it comfortable in every season, and with everything on one floor, daily life here is easy.
Cooking is where this home shines. The kitchen has a small island with three barstools and a matched LG suite, with a double door refrigerator and pull out freezer drawer, a stainless dishwasher, and a four burner range and oven under a proper exhaust fan. A rice cooker, Coway filtered water, and a coffee maker that takes Keurig pods or regular grounds are ready from the first morning, and the cabinets are stocked with matching dishware and everything a real meal calls for. A Korean kimchi refrigerator doubles as a dedicated chiller for cold drinks, steaks, and fresh fish. Dinner lands at a table for six, and the living room, with a comfortable couch, a side chair, an LG NanoCell TV, and a decorative fireplace, is connected to it all.
It is also a home that works. The office is a room of its own, with a desk, a comfortable chair, and a record player with a small vinyl collection, so the same room suits a focused workday and an evening with an album. It opens straight onto the back deck for a break between calls. A second workstation with a desk, monitors, and a Herman Miller chair gives two people a proper setup at the same time, and AT&T fiber WiFi covers the house.
The bedrooms are set apart from one another, each with its own bathroom. The primary has a king bed, a dresser, a closet, and an ensuite with a newly remodeled walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a mirrored closet, with a full bathroom beside it that includes a tub and shower and a bidet toilet. New bedding, room darkening shades, and a linen closet stocked with extras make for good sleep.
Outdoors, the back deck is made for long evenings, with a patio table, a brand new four burner gas grill with a side burner, and roller shades for the afternoon sun. A garden with a couple of fruit trees sits just beyond.
For a longer stay, the essentials are all here. A stacked LG ThinQ washer and dryer, a vacuum and steam mop, driveway parking with a Tesla charger, and the ability to receive mail make it simple to settle into a routine, with space to work, room to cook, and quiet to come home to.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the back deck, garden, and driveway. The garage and a side door off the kitchen are reserved for storage and are not part of the stay.
