The home features three comfortable bedrooms: two are furnished with a king-size bed and one with two separate single beds.
The master bedroom offers extra luxury thanks to a private bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a comfortable recliner. There is also a second bathroom.
The bright living room flows seamlessly into the modern open kitchen, which is fully equipped.
Here you’ll find high-quality appliances, including a spacious refrigerator and freezer, an electric stove, and a luxury oven and grill.
Comfort has also been taken into account, with amenities including a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. Ideal for cooking elaborate meals or quickly preparing a snack.
In the cozy living room, you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. The master bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, so you can retreat for some quiet time.

Water and electricity usage charges
On Curaçao, water and electricity are relatively expensive. We place great importance on responsible use and therefore bill these costs separately based on your actual consumption.
The villa is equipped with energy-efficient appliances, such as a refrigerator and air conditioners. Please note, however, that heavy use of the air conditioning can increase energy consumption. The rates are €0.60 per kWh for electricity and €10 per m³ for water. On average, costs are around €120 per week.
Upon arrival and departure, the meter readings are recorded and shared with you to ensure full transparency in billing. The final payment is made in cash in XCG.

For stays longer than 10 days, an interim cleaning is required. The cost for this is €110. Please coordinate this with our property manager, Nikky.
