Located in Raucoules (Haute-Loire) at 845 m altitude, 45 minutes from Saint-Étienne and 40 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay by car, this 19th-century gîte adjoins a 17th-century farmhouse. At the edge of the woods, the last house in the hamlet “Martin”, it’s perfect for relaxing, walking, foraging, or hiking with family or friends.
This comfortable, well-equipped 30 m² studio cabin sits on a 3,100 m² wooded plot. Enjoy a large private 20 m² terrace with no overlooking neighbors and a forest view. Inside: equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave), 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), shower room, WC, living room with sofa bed (180 cm). Underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi. Private entrance, parking, bed linen included.
On request: baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, changing mat) and various items (barbecue, raclette, pierrade).
Available: board games, boules, children’s garden games, library, snowshoes in winter. Activity room, dining room, and group guest room (5 beds) with private bathrooms can be rented separately.
