With beautiful woodland behind the property, our suite offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle while keeping you within driving distance of Halifax, Bedford, Lower Sackville, and many of Nova Scotia’s attractions.
Whether you’re visiting family, traveling for business, exploring the province, or enjoying a relaxing getaway, our goal is to make you feel right at home!

Our suite offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to nearby communities and attractions.
* Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ): Approximately 30–35 minutes by car, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
* Lower Sackville: Conveniently located a short drive away, with shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday essentials.
* Bedford: Easy access to restaurants, shopping, waterfront areas, and local amenities.
* Downtown Halifax: Within driving distance for sightseeing, dining, shopping, museums, and waterfront attractions.
A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area and making the most of your visit.

Our fully equipped suite comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom and features a bathtub with shower, fresh towels, and bathroom essentials.

Your Privacy Matters
Our guest suite features its own separate entrance, allowing you to come and go independently.
We live on the property and are available if you need assistance, recommendations, or have any questions, while always respecting your privacy.
Please note that this is a completely private guest suite within our family property, rather than a rental of the entire house.
The suite’s indoor living spaces, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, and covered guest BBQ area are reserved exclusively for your use.
Important Information & House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and peaceful experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
* Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
* Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
* Maximum occupancy: 3 registered guests.
* One well-behaved pet is welcome. Pets must be kept off furniture, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* No parties, events, or loud gatherings.
* Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional overnight guests require prior approval and must remain within the maximum occupancy.
* Our entire property is strictly smoke-free and vape-free, including the suite, covered BBQ area, driveway, and all outdoor spaces. Anyone wishing to smoke or vape must leave the property completely and use an area where smoking is legally permitted, away from doors and windows.
* Please avoid cooking foods that produce strong or lingering odors, and use the kitchen ventilation while cooking.
* Please respect the property, outdoor areas, and designated parking space.
