This listing is an ode to the Albuquerque Rail Yards -- once the most bustling & most prominent feature of our neighborhood. Barelas is a special neighborhood that predates the city! The unit is part of a growing compound with unique mix of private & communal spaces. It`s a new remodel with mini splits for maximum comfort in winter & summer. Furniture is all new & king bed has Helix mattress. Bedside tables have surface charging. Designed for digital nomads & pet people!
This is a one-bedroom apartment in a duplex. Bedrooms are far apart from each other in the duplex for maximum sound separation. The unit is about 450 square feet. The full bath has plenty of storage space & hooks. The modular sofa can be configured to make a giant daybed that easily sleeps two people. Coffee maker, coffee, teapot, & tea are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware & dishes. There is a 50-inch smart TV that can be viewed from any where in the living room. The bedroom has a wardrobe for clothing storage for longer stays.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the laundry room & common outdoor areas. The patio is private for guests of this apartment.
I respect my guest`s privacy, but always have someone available to handle any issues.
We are fast on the messaging, but please always call for emergencies & urgent matters.
No cats.
No smoking of cigarettes anywhere on the property, including outside. Cannabis smoking okay outside only.
No parties or events of any kind.
Please be aware that we will charge extra for the following:
$200 fine for any evidence (smell, ashes, butts, stains) of smoking inside. This includes any kind of smoking.
$50 fine for not cleaning up after your dog.
$200 fine for tampering with any of the camera equipment, including but not limited to unplugging the indoor sync module.
$100 fine for going into the wrong unit or yard. Please read the instructions. It`s really jarring for other guests` sense of safety when someone is trying to enter their space.
