Seaside Escape is a spacious 1,924-square-foot beach house located in The Village at Blue Mountain Beach, just off scenic 30A. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a loft, and sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests, this home offers plenty of room for families and groups looking to enjoy the laid-back Blue Mountain Beach lifestyle.

Inside, the home has a bright, comfortable coastal feel with hardwood, tile, and carpeted flooring, ceiling fans, central air, and plenty of natural light. The main living spaces are designed for gathering, and the kitchen features a large island, breakfast-bar seating, generous cabinetry, stainless appliances, and both a traditional drip coffee maker and K-cup machine. A washer and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach offers several community amenities, including a pool, fitness center, shuffleboard court, putting green, and grilling areas. The community pool and fitness center are located just around the roundabout from the home. Guests will need the provided wristband and pool key card for access; there are no entry codes.

Seaside Escape has parking for up to 3 vehicles at the home. Additional community overflow parking is available in several locations on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no golf cart included with the property, but guests may rent one separately, and golf carts are permitted within the neighborhood. Beach service is not included. Pets are not permitted. Snowbird stays are welcome.

Beach Access:
-- For beach access near 284 Blue Mountain Rd, exit The Village at Blue Mountain Beach onto County Hwy 30A and turn right. Turn left onto Old Blue Mountain Road and continue toward the Gulf. Turn right onto Blue Mountain Road and continue to the beach-access area near 284 Blue Mountain Rd.
-- For the Blue Mountain public beach access near 2145 S County Hwy 83, exit the neighborhood and head toward County Hwy 30A. Turn right onto 30A, continue a short distance to County Hwy 83, then turn left and head south toward the Gulf. Continue straight to the beach-access area. This location is a convenient option for guests looking for public parking and restroom facilities.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
