With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home accommodates up to 8 guests. Thoughtfully furnished with modern finishes and tasteful decor, it's designed for families and friends to relax together after a day of activities and sightseeing.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Our home is located in beautiful rural setting. Please review the following details before booking so you can plan for a comfortable stay.

Water
Our home uses hauled water, meaning water is delivered by truck and stored in an underground tank rather than supplied by a municipal water system. We don't want you to compromise your comfort; we simply ask that you be mindful of water usage and avoid unnecessary waste during your stay. We also have a whole-house water filtration and UV purification system but recommend bringing bottle water for your stay.

Septic System
The home also uses a septic system rather than a municipal sewer connection. Please flush toilet paper only—no wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or other items—and avoid pouring grease down the drains. These small precautions help keep the system working properly.

No Air Conditioning
The home does not have air conditioning. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and two additional ceiling fans are provided in the living room to help circulate air. Temperatures vary throughout the year, and evenings in Northern Arizona can be much cooler than daytime temperatures.

Access Road
The property is approximately one mile from Highway 64, on an unpaved dirt road. The road is privately maintained, but conditions can vary with weather, especially during winter storms or periods of heavy rain or snow. Please drive cautiously and check local road and weather conditions before traveling.

Weather & Travel Insurance
Northern Arizona weather can change quickly, and snow, rain, or other conditions may affect travel plans and road access. We recommend considering travel insurance that fits your needs, particularly for winter visits or travel during periods of unpredictable weather (e.g., monsoon season)
