On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom (Bedroom 1), perfect for added convenience. All rooms have access to the pool area.
The first floor has three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy for all guests (bedrooms 2, 3, and 4). The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have access to a terrace with excellent views.
In the basement, the property offers a large garage that can accommodate up to four vehicles, as well as a maid’s bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (Bedroom 5).
The entire villa enjoys beautiful ocean views, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and enjoy yourself.
