Outdoor Oasis
Double glass doors fill the studio with natural light and open directly onto your own private courtyard. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee listening to the grand pineapple fountain, or spend your evenings unwinding around the fire pit. The outdoor space is exclusively yours and includes a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area, patio furniture, and a relaxing hammock.
Living & Sleeping Area
The open-concept studio features a plush bed dressed in rich green linens and whimsical woodland accent pillows. Unwind after a day of exploring by streaming your favorite shows on the 50-inch HDTV (equipped with Fire TV, Netflix, and HBO Max), or pull the room-darkening shades for a perfect night’s sleep. A dedicated split-ductless AC and heating system, along with a modern ceiling fan, ensures you are comfortable year-round.
The Kitchen & Dining
Cook your own meals in the beautifully appointed kitchenette. It features a classic deep farmhouse sink with brass fixtures, a freestanding electric stove and oven, and charming open shelving. Coffee lovers will appreciate the dedicated coffee station, complete with a pour-over kettle, French press, and grinder. Enjoy your meals at the intimate dining table for two. (Please note: To maintain the vintage footprint of the space, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but does not feature a dishwasher).
The Bathroom
Step through the sliding black barn door into a spa-like bathroom retreat. The centerpiece is a deep soaking tub complete with stunning exposed brass shower piping. The bathroom also features a bidet, plush towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary luxury PAYA bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).

Private Entrance: The suite is attached to the main property but features a completely separate entrance and self check-in via a smart lock.
