About this apartment rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One of the only places in Hampton beach located ocean front and directly on the sand ! Skip packing a lunch . Just grab a towel and your beach chair and go enjoy the day . A short walk up one small flight of stairs to your beautiful balcony oasis where you can enjoy your lunch , coffee or favorite beverage looking at the beautiful panoramic ocean views while you refresh! Does it get any better?
The balcony and living room are the focal points of the apartment. With panoramic views of the ocean you won’t want to leave either one!
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size pull out bed which acts as a sofa during the day.
The apartment is compact but cosy. It has been interior designed using the Scandinavian “hygge” approach. It is warm, cosy and comfortable without clutter. Instead of using up the space with closets, the walls of both bedrooms have hanging rails all around.
The small kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, above range microwave, gas range, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. It is also fully equipped with stylish West Elm Crockery and cutlery, and everything you would need for cooking (pots, pans, utensils etc). Spices, Cooking Oils, Coffee Pods and an assortment of Teas including sugar are provided to save you from having to pack these.
There is however a convenient grocery store within walking distance should you need anything.
And yes, we do accept well behaved dogs at a fee of $200 per stay on the condition that all hairs are removed from linens and furnishings prior to departure with a lint roller, and all poops are bagged up and disposed of.
